BlackBerry PlayBook 16GB for $199 starting Friday Nov 18

Want a tablet? BlackBerry PlayBook price drop is coming

Retailers with flyers confirmed $199 price are Walmart, Staples, Future Shop, Best Buy, for now
Other retailers are unknown yet - Sears, The Source, Chapters, etc..

You can buy now for $499 and get the price refund on Friday when prices are $199
That's what I did (I have 2 at home already). PlayBook 32GB will be $299 and 64GB $399

And please don't compare with other $199 tablets like Amazon Kindle Fire..which has NO camera, memory, Bluetooth, etc.. Proof is below
And there are enough apps for PlayBook, just in case people never usd one and just heard rumors

Go find some if you want, because they're selling like hot cakes already

BlackBerry PlayBook

I have a PlayBook 16GB, paid out of my own pocket, but I did manage to find Staples coupons to make it $500 AFTER TAX (i.e. $440 before tax)

Received it on the launch day April 19, 2011, came by Canada Post and left in the superbox

It's pretty good so far, true multi-tasking and works well with BlackBerry Bridge, that's all I can say

More thoughts

Bluetooth is amazing, I use my PB upstairs and in the living room when my BB phone is far away
YouTube/HD videos look great on the 7" screen, especially with baby beside me and nowhere near the TV/computer
Update #1 build 1710 already on Apr 22, 3 days after release on Apr 19
